About this El Taquito
El Taquito on Winton Ave
El Taquito Dos opened on W. Winton Ave in 2009, the second restaurant from the family that started El Taquito on Mission Blvd in 1976. Co-owners Oralia Padilla and Jorge Espinosa run it with the same family recipes, made fresh every day. Grab a table on the sunny patio with a cold michelada, call ahead for takeout, or have dinner delivered through DoorDash, Uber Eats or Grubhub.
Winton Ave is the only El Taquito serving pozole and fountain drinks. It is also the restaurant behind the taco eating contest at the Hayward Mariachi Festival every year.
