These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website (the "Site"), operated by El Taquito Restaurant ("we," "us," "our"), which runs two restaurants in Hayward, California. By browsing the Site, placing an order or submitting any form on it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Use of This Website

The Site lets you view our menu, specials and hours, and submit catering, job and contact requests. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form or order.

3. Our Two Restaurants

The menu applies to both of our Hayward restaurants unless a dish is marked as available at one location only. Hours, phone numbers and ordering options differ by location; the Site shows those of the restaurant you have chosen, and you can switch at any time. Please check that you have the right restaurant before you order or visit.

4. Online Ordering

"Order Online" links for our Winton Ave restaurant take you to an ordering page run by Toast, our point-of-sale provider. Orders, payments and refunds placed there are handled through Toast and are subject to Toast's own terms and privacy policy, as well as anything shown to you when you order. Our Mission Blvd restaurant takes orders by phone. If you have a food allergy, please call the restaurant before ordering.

5. Catering Requests

The catering form on this Site submits a request, not a confirmed booking. Nothing is guaranteed until a member of our staff has contacted you to confirm date, availability and final details by phone or email. Any catering prices shown on the Site are estimates; final menu, pricing, minimums and availability are confirmed directly with our team. We do not collect payment for catering through this Site.

6. Delivery & Third-Party Ordering Platforms

Links on this Site to order food for delivery or pickup through another service (including DoorDash, Grubhub, Uber Eats or any other ordering platform) take you to a third-party website or app that we do not operate. An order, payment and any account you create with that platform are governed by that platform's own terms and privacy policy, not this one.

7. Intellectual Property

The text, photos, logo and design of this Site belong to El Taquito unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

8. Third-Party Links

This Site may link to third-party sites (social media, review platforms, delivery apps, maps). We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, availability or practices of those sites.

9. No Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is." Menu items, prices, hours and availability are subject to change without notice, and we don't guarantee the Site will always be available, accurate or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, El Taquito is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site.
